As the MPF system approaches its 20th anniversary, despite the rapid digitalisation of our daily lives, many MPF processes still rely on paper-based administration. To enhance efficiency, convenience and environmental sustainability, the Pension Schemes Association launched the “Go Paperless” campaign with the support of Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) and the Environmental Protection Department. The initiative was first adopted by the Association’s founding members and has since gained support from other MPF providers. |
